Before and After Rainy Season.

Rainy season this year seemed to hit Fukuoka a little harder than usual. There were numerous incidents of flooding and mudslides, and several areas even needed to be evacuated. Fortunately, the torrential rainfalls didn’t get us too badly. But I snapped this photo of our backyard.
