This weekend we went with some friends to go Blueberry picking. It was a little hotter than we had bargained for, but that didn’t stop us. The blueberry farm sprawled on and had several varieties of blueberry trees to pick from. Some were quite sweet, while other verged on the bitter side. We found a tree that we liked and would pick until we filled up our baskets and then hurry into the shade to eat them, back and forth until we were full to our little hearts content. We were also able to take what we couldn’t eat home. For about 5 bucks it was a pretty great deal.
