Tis Mikan season!! These sweets are everywhere! Our island is very well-endowed with clementine trees, so mostly anywhere you walk you can pick ripe ones right off of the tree. It’s been great! Especially since we are working with a lot of walking germs (aka children) the abundant vitamin C has been nice to fend off impending colds. Not to mention, they are absolutely delicious.
